VICTORVILLE, Calif., July 9 (High Desert News Online) — SAC Health acquired an existing five-story, 300,000-square-foot office building in San Bernardino and turned it into its Brier Campus, a flagship outpatient medical site, according to project pages from the International Interior Design Association Southern California and Southland Industries.

The building formerly housed the Wells Fargo Call Center. SAC Health hired Perkins and Will and BNB Builder on the adaptive-reuse project, an IIDA SoCal event page said.

Southland Industries said the campus opened in 2025 and includes clinical, dental, behavioral health, primary care, specialty care and express care space, along with non-clinical staff areas and a community center.

Project materials said the site was designed to improve access, including proximity to public transportation and a community resource center with counseling services and a computer lab. A June release from SAC Health said it welcomed first patients to the campus.

The materials reviewed did not identify a sale price or seller.
