VICTORVILLE, Calif., Sept. 30 (High Desert News Online) — The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported 26 felony arrests during a Sept. 14–20, 2026, Operation Consequences sweep, but its statement does not establish the eight-arrest figure cited for a Sept. 21–27 crackdown.
The department also reported 15 misdemeanor arrests, 23 firearms seized and 24 search warrants served during the Sept. 14–20 operation. It listed Fontana, San Bernardino, Barstow, Victorville, Adelanto, Colton and Rialto as locations. Apple Valley was not on that list.
The department reported nine felony arrests in a separate Operation Consequences sweep from Sept. 22–28, 2025. That period also does not match Sept. 21–27.
Neither set of figures establishes that eight felony arrests occurred during a Sept. 21–27 operation. The department’s Sept. 14–20 statement does not name those arrested or identify charges or court cases.
